Official Referendum Results Presented: Over 72% No Votes

Ljubljana, 21 June - Official results of Sunday's referendum on the infertility treatment with bio-medical assistance act were confirmed on Thursday by the National Electoral Commission (RVK). These results show that 72.36 percent (410,856) of the voters were against the act, 26.38 percent (149,799) were for it, while 1.26 percent (7129) of cast votes were invalid. The voter turnout was confirmed at 35.66 percent (567,784).
