FM Rupel Goes to Russia; Ambassador Karakhanov on Slovene-Russian Relations

Ljubljana, 3 July - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is scheduled to pay a working visit to Russia from 5 to 7 July on the invitation from his counterpart Igor Ivanov. Apart from meeting his host, Rupel is due to hold talks with Prime Minister Mikhail Kasianov, Deputy Speaker of the Russian State Duma Vladimir Lukin, Governor of the Moscow region Boris Gromov and Metropolitan Cyril, the head of the Russian Orthodox Church department for foreign affairs.
