PHARE Financial Memorandum Signed, Allocating EUR 14.5 Million to Slovenia
Ljubljana, 18 July - A financial memorandum under which Slovenia is to receive 14.5 million euros of aid this year from the EU's PHARE programme was signed on Wednesday by Slovene European Affairs Minister Igor Bavcar and head of the European Commission delegation to Slovenia Eric van der Linden.
