New Party Continues Campaign Against Duty Free Reform Act

Ljubljana, 27 July - The non-parliamentary New Party (Nova) opened a new chapter in its fight against the duty free shop reform act by filing a complaint at the Constitutional Court on Friday against the proclamation of the act signed by President Milan Kucan and its publication in the Official Gazette. The party had previously unsuccessfully attempted to collect 40,000 signatures for a referendum on the issue.
