Split, 7 October - The border agreement between Croatia and Slovenia incorporates a number of controversial solutions, meaning that there is no way it could get the needed ordinary majority in Croatia's parliament, Speaker of Croatia's Parliament Zlatko Tomcic told Sunday's edition of Croatian daily Slobodna Dalmacija.
