Slovene Pharmaceutical Lek Takes Over Poland's Argon

Ljubljana, 8 October - The Slovene pharmaceutical company Lek has acquired a 89.45-percent stake in Poland's Argon in a takeover bid that concluded on 5 October. Argon's core business is the production of pharmaceutical agents, products and medicine, as well as medicine for self-treatment, Lek said on Monday.
