Dnevnik: The Military Bonus

Ljubljana, 15 October - The Slovene Armed Forces will not take part in any offensive military action for quite a while, be it on its own or as an alliance member, yet the Defence Minister and the government have nevertheless drafted the second act on basic development programmes in a row, which is to secure the Armed Forces another SIT 60 billion (273 million euros) by 2007, the Slovene daily Dnevnik writes on Monday.
