Major Troha Charged with False Report of Kidnapping

Ljubljana, 16 October - The Ljubljana police filed charges on Monday against Ladislav Troha, a former commander of the Slovene Armed Forces special brigade MORIS, for false charges of kidnapping, a criminal act which Troha reported on 23 June after having been missed for five months earlier this year. Under Slovene law, such an act is punished merely with a fine.
