Police Will Do Everything in Their Power to Resolve the "Petek Affair", Says Police Official

The police are doing its job very seriously and responsibly, but the details essential to the investigation cannot be disclosed, which is in the interest of the investigation as well as the person who was most affected in this scandal. This was said by Deputy Director General of the Police Andrej Anzic on Monday evening in a TV show which focussed on "the Petek affair", a case of a Slovene journalist who was severely beaten up by a group of unidentified persons last February.
