Judging by statistical figures, Slovenia ranks among twelve European countries with the lowest level of poverty, yet the country knows a poor quality of life that can not be measured by economic indicators, a Maribor-based daily Vecer writes on Wednesday, the day when the world is marking the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty.
