Slovenia Should be Congratulated on Achievements in Environment Policy, Says Wallstroem
Ljubljana, 18 October - I congratulate Slovenia on the successful implementation of EU legislation on environment, as it is a very important fact that Slovenia was the first candidate country to have provisionally closed the environment chapter. Moreover, this is a good example for other candidates, said European Commissioner for the Environment Margot Wallstroem after meeting Slovene Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning Janez Kopac in Ljubljana on Thursday.
