Maribor, 29 October - Croatia is to sign a stabilisation and association agreement with the EU on Monday. Like Slovenia's hope for NATO membership, Croatia's efforts for EU accession are a signal for some revenge, irredentist and chauvinist circles in Italy and Austria to set conditions to the most developed successors of former Yugoslavia beyond all rules of international law and the spirit of good neighbourly relations, the Slovene daily Vecer writes on Monday.
