Slovene President Concludes Visit to Poland

Warsaw, 30 October - Slovenia and Poland have similar interests and views on EU enlargement, however a tighter co-operation between the Central European EU candidate countries might be useful in this final stage of EU accession, said Slovene President Milan Kucan after meeting with Polish Foreign Minister Wlodzimierzo Cimoszewicz on Tuesday. Kucan concluded his two-day visit to Poland after opening a new facility of Krka Polska, a subsidiary of the Slovene pharmaceutical company Krka, with his counterpart Alexander Kwasniewski on Tuesday morning.
