Slovenia Disapproves with Austria's Ban on Imports of Electricity

Ljubljana, 30 October - Austria's ban on imports of electricity from Slovenia is an unilateral measure which is not in line with the opening of the European electricity market and does not conform to regulations of the World Trade Organisation. This was said on Tuesday in a statement sent by Slovene Environment Ministry State Secretary Robert Golob to head of the electricity sector at the Austrian Ministry of Economy and Labour, Bruno Zluwa, in which Golob explained Slovenia's views on Austria's ban.
