Contract on Sale of Banka Koper Signed

Ljubljana, 30 October - The Italian banking group SanPaolo IMI from Torino signed on Tuesday a contract on the purchase of the majority stake in the bank Banka Koper. The three owners of 82.25 percent of Banka Koper that signed the contract, the petrol retailer Istrabenz, the logistics company Intereuropa and the Port of Koper, will receive SIT 101,971.72 (463.5 euros) per share, 2.5-times more than the current bookkeeping value Banka Koper shares.
