Slovenia's National Programme for Use of Biomass Awaits Funding

Ljubljana, 1 November - The draft national programme for the use of biomass was finalised by the Slovene Environment Ministry in May, however it has not been in government procedure yet, as the Finance Ministry needs to do its part in changing the carbon dioxide tax, which has to be more investment-oriented, according to Environment Minister Janez Kopac.
