Ljubljana, 2 November - Yugoslav Foreign Minister Goran Svilanovic began his official visit to Slovenia on Friday morning. Svilanovic, on his second visit to Slovenia, is first expected to hold talks with his Slovene host and counterpart Dimitrij Rupel.
