Slovene Development Corporation Publishes List of Assets for Privatisation
Ljubljana, 2 November - The Slovene Development Corporation (SRD) published a public tender in Friday's Official Gazette for bids to purchase shares in state-owned companies intended by the government to fill the privatisation gap. Authorised investment companies and the First Pension Fund (PPS) were offered assets in the total value of SIT 76.5 billion (EUR 347.5 million). The authorised investment companies and PPS have to place a single bid by 18 December so that the assets can be auctioned off on 20 December.
