Three Bids Shortlisted for Purchase of Largest Slovene Bank

Ljubljana, 5 November - All three non-binding bids put forward for the purchase of a 34-percent stake in the largest Slovene bank Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) have been shortlisted by the commission for the supervision of the sale. According to the analysis of the NLB financial advisor NM Rothschild and the bank, all three bids meet the criteria for the next phase of privatisation.
