Slovene President Kucan Begins First Official Visit to Austria
Vienna, 6 November - Slovene President Milan Kucan arrived in Vienna on Tuesday for what is his first official visit to neighbouring Austria. Kucan is accompanied by spouse Stefka and a delegation comprising Culture Minister Andreja Rihter, while Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is expected to join the delegation later in the day. Kucan's talks with top Austrian officials are expected to touch on issues of bilateral relations, the Slovene minority living in Austria and the EU enlargement process.
