Iztok Cop Proclaimed Delo's Athlete of the Year

Ljubljana, 6 November - The 29-year-old Slovene rower Iztok Cop, winner of the silver medal at the August World Rowing Championships in Luzern, received the Leon Award, conferred each year by the daily Delo to the best Slovene athlete of the year. The award, named after Leon Stukelj, Slovenia's most successful Olympic athlete of all times, was conferred for the fifth time this year.
