Delo: American Who Understands Afghanistan

Ljubljana, 7 November - After Osama bin Laden, Barnett Rubin has been the second most wanted man in the U.S. for the last two months. The FBI and the State Department want to talk to him and so do the UN and a number of other organisations. The Director of the New York University Center for International Co-Operation is one of the most prominent U.S. experts on Afghanistan where he often stayed in the last two decades.
