Slovene President Winds Up Visit to Austria

Vienna, 7 November - On the second and final day of his first official visit to Austria, Slovene President Milan Kucan held another round of talks with Austrian officials which, according to Kucan, confirmed good neighbourly relations between the two countries, as well as Austria's support for Slovenia's accession to the EU. Moreover, the talks established that some differences in opinions do exist, but that it is better to discuss their resolution, rather than pretend they do not exist.
