Without the approval of the Slovenia-Croatia border agreement, the agreement on the Krsko nuclear power plant (NEK) will not be signed, as it is "very hard or virtually impossible" to sign them separately, Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek told Friday's edition of the Croatian weekly Globus.
