Slovenia to Be Promoted as Investment Partner in Brussels

Brussels, 7 November - In a bid to attract foreign investors to the country, Slovenia's Business and Research Association is to host a business conference in Brussels on Thursday. Organised in collaboration with the Slovene government, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS), several banks and companies, the conference is expected to be attended by some 120 representatives of foreign banks, investment companies and companies based principally in the Belgian capital. EU institutions are also to be represented, with the EU's chief negotiator with Slovenia, Jaime Garcia Lombardero, as the keynote speaker.
