Maribor, 8 November - Slovenia is according to foreign investors a closed country on the corner of the Balkans with a small market, therefore the country should make more efforts for its promotion in the international community, was said at the opening of a two-day business forum on foreign investments in Slovenia, held in Maribor on Thursday.
