Government Makes Preparations to Amend 2002 and 2003 Budget Bills

Ljubljana, 8 November - The government on Thursday adopted proposals to amend the 2003 and 2003 budget bills, which are to be discussed at an extraordinary session on Sunday. The proposals have been drawn up on the basis of the latest forecasts by the Institute for Macroeconomic Analyses and Development (IMAD), which has recntly downgraded Slovenia's economic growth rate for 2002.
