Ljubljana, 9 November - This year the Slovene state began to privatise its property, but it does not seem to be very lucky. The bold plans to sell the state-owned property announced at the beginning of this year are increasingly uncertain. What has not been undermined by an anticipated economic slowdown, differences on the domestic political scene and liabilities, was given the final blow by the September 11 terror attack and the following developments, the daily Delo writes on Friday.
