Minister Rupel Says Slovene Foreign Policy is Balanced

Celje, 9 November - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel labelled Slovenia's foreign policy "balanced". He thought that Slovene-U.S. relations are good, while the EU considers Slovenia one of the best qualified candidate countries. Nevertheless, Slovenia is still somehow victim to its history, Rupel told a gathering of business persons from the region of Celje, central Slovenia, on Thursday night.
