Slovenia's Europe Minister Criticises Insufficient Differentiation of Candidates

Ljubljana, 9 November - "The more obvious is becoming the EU's intention to admit a large number of candidates, the more I have felt some horizontal solutions prevail in negotiations at the expense of the basic principle of differentiation," Slovene Minister for European Affairs Igor Bavcar said in an interview for Friday's edition of the daily Dnevnik.
