Foreign Minister Rupel Calls for Prompt Ratification of the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty

Ljubljana, 11 November - Attending the conference facilitating the enforcement of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT), Slovene Foreign Minister on Sunday called for a prompt enforcement of the Treaty, as any postponement can have global consequences not only in the form of a permanent nuclear threat to the human race but it could also undermine global and regional achievements in arms control and nonproliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
