Ljubljana, 12 November - The whole world in a harmonic way participates in the common project of the fight against terrorism. Multilateralism is the watchword of the day, the participation of everyone is obligatory, the absence of one country is an attack on all. Yet the romantic expectation that the new atmosphere of international co-operation under U.S. leadership would move to the conference on the implementation of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty has come to naught, the Slovene daily Delo writes on Monday.
