Mobile Operator Simobil Seeks Justice at the Constitutional Court

Ljubljana, 12 November - Slovenia's mobile telecommunications provider Simobil's filed a suit at the constitutional court on Monday to assess the lawfulness of the regulations on the government's license tender for UMTS services, following Thursday's ruling by the national review commission that the company's appeal to repeat the tender was unfounded.
