Slovenia Considering ITF Participation in Afghanistan; Rupel to Travel on to Washington

New York, 13 November - A possibility that the Slovene-managed International Trust Fund for Demining and Mine Victims Assistance (ITF) would participate in demining efforts in Afghanistan was raised during talks between Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel and Special Representative of the Secretary General of the UN for Children and Armed Conflict Olaro Otunnu.
