Slovene Economists Agree With the European Commission Progress Report

Ljubljana, 14 November - Both Slovenia's Finance Ministry and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS) reacted on Wednesday to the the European Commission's annual report on Slovenia's progress towards EU membership, generally expressing their agreement with it. The GZS shares the Commission's view that inflation is Slovenia's biggest macroeconomic problem, as the country has no legal mechanism to deal with it properly.
