Lobbying Season in U.S. Senate Is Begining, Says Slovene Foreign Minister Rupel

Washington, 15 November - "After the visit we'll make an analysis to see where we are and what else needs to be done. Like the Poles and others, our embassy will put a large list of names of Senators on the wall and tick them off when we're sure of their support," said Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel after meeting a few U.S. officials in Washington during what is a visit aimed at lobbying for Slovenia's NATO membership.
