Ljubljana, 15 November - National parliaments of Southeast Europe have a leading role in assuring human rights and democracy, was highlighted at a round table on challenges and perspectives of the parliaments in Southeast Europe, which was part of a two-day international conference Projects of the 21st Century - Parliaments and EU Enlargement, held in the Slovene Parliament on Thursday.
