Slovenia's Helios Purchases Croatia's Largest Producer of Coatings and Varnishes

Domžale, 21 November - Helios, Slovenia's largest producer of dyes, coatings and resins, acquired on 11 November a 61.4-percent stake in Chromos, a leading Croatian producer of coatings and varnishes. The stake is worth nine million German marks, Helios chairman and CEO Uros Slavinec told STA on Wednesday. He added that Helios has already made a bid for the purchase of the remaining share in Chromos.
