Slovenia to Increase Presence in Peace-Keeping Forces, Army Chief Says

Brussels, 21 November - Slovenia is increasing its participation in peace-keeping operations in the framework of NATO and the United Nations missions, the Chief of Staff of the Slovene Armed Forces Brigadier Ladislav Lipic told his counterparts, gathered for a session of the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council (EAPC), in Brussels on Wednesday. According to Lipic, a third Slovene military police squad is preparing to join the SFOR mission in Bosnia.
