Slovene Minority Addresses Letter to Italian PM Berlusconi

Trieste, 21 November - Two Slovene minority organisation on Wednesday addressed an open letter to Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi in which they have warned that the implementation process of the umbrella act on the protection of the Slovene minority in Italy is still deadlocked in many respects. The letter comes a day before Berlusconi is to visit Trieste to attend the Central European Initiative summit.
