Bank Clerks Stage a Protest Calling for Social Dialogue

Ljubljana, 22 November - The trade union of employees in banks and savings institutions held a protest on Thursday in a bid to draw public attention to the fact that wages in the banking sector are much lower than is being portrayed to the public. Although the organisers expected some 300 people to turn out at the protest, only half that number gathered in front of the headquarters of the Slovene Banks' Association.
