Ljubljana, 22 November - EU enlargement and the role of national parliaments in this process, the upcoming Spanish EU presidency and the situation in SE Europe were on the agenda as Secretary General for European Affairs at the Spanish Foreign Ministry Carlos Bastarreche met head of the Slovene parliamentary foreign affairs commitee Jelko Kacin on Thursday, the parliament reported.
