Trieste, 22 November - The Central European Initiative (CEI) can play an important role in removing the dividing line between the EU member states and the countries which have not yet joined the EU, Italian Foreign Minister Renato Ruggiero shared the view of his Slovene counterpart Dimitrij Rupel on Thursday in Trieste as the meeting of 17 foreign ministers from CEI member states wound up.
