Delo on Undisclosed Information about First Slovene Mad Cow

Ljubljana, 23 November - Mad cow disease cannot just "appear", it can only be consequential of feeding with bone meal, writes Friday's issue of Slovene daily Delo, adding that the farmer, who claims never to have heard of bone meal and mad cows, should be submitted to a polygraph test.
