Italy Will Start Implementing Minority Act Before St. Valentine's, Says Berlusconi

Trieste, 23 November - Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi said the Italian government would start implementing the act to safeguard the Slovene minority, a document passed on 14 February of this year, before St. Valentine's Day of next year.
