Leading EU Candidates Expect Clear Signal From Leaken Summit

Limassol, 23 November - Foreign Ministers from the leading six EU applicant countries came away from their meeting, held Friday in Limassol, expecting EU leaders to give them a clear signal for the realisation of the final phase of accession negotiations at the Laeken EU summit in December.
