Ljubljana, 24 November - Russia is gradually changing from the inside, and it seems that its true offensive lies in the foreign policy. A person who would have predicted something like that about the internal structure of Russia ahead of perestroika would have been labeled as another one who promises Communism on earth. And a person who would have claimed during Michail Gorbachev's counter-revolution that in twelve year's time bureaucrats from the North Atlantic Pact, established as a defence against the Soviet Communism, would be knocking on the Kremlin's door offering partnership and co-operation would probably be considered as mad, the Slovene daily Delo writes on Saturday.
