Goodyear Buys Slovene Tire Manufacturer

Kranj, 26 November - Slovene tires manufacturer Sava sold 25 percent of its shares to the international company Goodyear Engineered Products Europe Joint Venture Holding for EUR 5.7 million on Monday. Goodyear thus became a 100-percent owner of the Kranj-based company, according to Sava.
