Gov'ts Should Work to Finalise Border Issue, Slovene and Croatian Presidents Agree

Zagreb, 27 November - In talks with his Croatian counterpart Stipe Mesic, Slovene President Milan Kucan called upon the Slovene and Croatian governments to agree on how to continue and eventually wrap up the process of the Slovene-Croatian border agreement's final adoption. Speaking to the press after meeting Mesic in Zagreb on Tuesday, President Kucan said that the initialled border agreement is a good, balanced and compromise proposal.
