Slovenia's Leading Bank to Became Major Shareholder of Vojvodina's Continental banka

Novi Sad, 27 November - Slovenia's leading bank Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) signed on Tuesday an agreement on strategic partnership and capital investments with the Serbian bank Continental banka. According to the agreement, NLB is to supply the Novi Sad-based bank with 34 million D-marks of fresh capital, thus acquiring a 51-percent stake in the bank and becoming its majority owner.
